What is Non-Dual Meditation?

Aron explains Non-Duality

How do these meditations differ to others?

In the meditations that I am teaching, we open ourselves to non-duality through very fine and precise, yet very powerful body focused meditation exercises. We inhabit as much of our body as we can and uncover the qualities that lie within all us. Through these meditations we strengthen the perception of our physical sensations, we enhance our emotional capacities, and we heighten our general sense of understanding. Through time we will become more in tune with ourselves and eventually uncover the stillness and the unity that is our all birthright to experience.

What is Non-Duality?

Non-duality describes a perception of the world that is not dual. Dual meaning a self / other schism exists. Non-dual means that this schism drops away and we perceive everything as one. Non-duality is not a theoretical concept that you can think yourself into. Non-duality is perceived through direct experience and I teach you how to reliably get there.

When we experience the stillness of the ground of being for the first time, it feels as though we have finally come home after a effortful and tiring life long wandering in vain. We can now clearly distinguish real from not real. As we realize, that our true nature never changes and is fundamentally untouched, no matter how hard our live may have been, we understand that nothing real can ever be threatened. As we realize, that our outside and inside has to its core fundamentally no difference, we start to find more appreciation for the different types of expressions of consciousness in this world around us. Empathy and compassions skyrocks, colours and sounds become beautifully vibrant, and our general quality of understanding reaches to hights.

Nevertheless, we are still here. The realization of non-duality does not vanish our individuality. If anything it now shines stronger and clearer than before, in true connection with others. Anywhere were the importance of „I“ or the importance of „others“ vanish, we are in big danger for spirtual bypassing. When the „I“ vanishes, that leads to neglect of oneself. When the „others“ vanishes, that leads to self absorbtion and potentially a display of narcissistic behaviors.

Self and others exists when we uncovered non-dual experience. It is just that self and others are essentially the same capital S self.
