What is Embodied Mysticism?
Embodied Mysticism is the magical and mystical journey of the spiritual heart longing for healing and awakening. Through embodied meditation, divine energywork, and spiritual coaching we deepen the inward contact with ourselves and discover the balance and subtlety that opens for us the doors to experience life as our true self.
Experiencing life through the non-dual perception of our true nature, we gain more appreciation for the various expressions of the Devine play of life. Life becomes increasingly vibrant and mesmerizing as the filters of imprisonment of our minds eventually lift themselves and open us to the ever present qualities of Devine stillness: love, bliss, and consciousness.
Teachings & Treatments
Divine Energyhealing and Non-Dual Meditation are tremendously impactful complementary tools on the path to spiritual healing and awakening.
Meditation deepens our inward attunement and sensitivity so that we can uncover the still ground of our true nature.
Energyhealing transforms emotional issues, blockages, and other arising phenomena of the body's energetic system.

Lisa is committed to a yogic spiritual path
and practices yoga asana and pranayama regularly. Still, Lisa reports that she feels as though other people could easily hijack her energy and she feels drained often from
human interaction. She also feels that she is missing grounding.
Lisa seeks out my help with both meditation teaching and energyhealing.
Tim faces challenges in his current life situation and connects them to karmic
relations and karmic knots. He believes he
had done something wrong in his past life and now assumes to face the consequences
of his wrongdoing.
Tim seeks out my help with energyhealing.
Jens considers himself a grounded and non-dogmatic meditator. His Buddhist meditation practice is consistent and steady. Still, he realized that he hit a plateau and stopped progressing on the path. At the same time Jens wants to find his Third-Eye Chakra and his
Heart Chakra and looks for help to do so.

Tina has kneepain, she's got herself checked with several doctors but no one could find anything wrong. A friend of Tina assumed that her pain may be of energetic natures and send her to seek help from an energy worker. After the energy block has been lifted, Tina's pain went away. With her new perception of the world, she decided to embark on a journey of frequent energyhealing and meditation teaching.
The path of healing and spiritual awakening is extremely rewarding, but it is not an easy path to walk.

On my own path, I am deeply committed to discover the most subtlest experimental principles of life through practical exploration. Amongst other places, my journey led me for several years to Asia, where I also lived as a fully ordained Buddhist Monk in the forest of northern Thailand. I have been the direct student of masters of meditation and of energywork, who still help me deepen my path until today.
